North Forty Location:

The North Forty development is located within the Prescott Arizona City limits affording all the typical amenities and services including fire, police, water, power, trash removal, sewer system, telephone, cable TV and internet. The subdivision building guidelines provide for all utility services to be underground so as not to interfere with your pristine views.

North Forty Directions:

The entrance is west of Williamson Valley Road approximately 1/2 mile north of the intersection with Iron Springs Road.

North Forty Roads:

The main entrance road is Standing Rock Drive. The north-south road is Burlwood Drive. Climbing to the upper lots is Perfect Place. Le Loup offers an alternate entrance from the north. The roads have 5-foot wide sidewalks. Occasional benches offer rest stops and places to observe the beauty of the canyons and wildlife. The driveways for each of the lots have a precast lighted security mailbox post. The tree and shrub plantings that are featured along the road right-of-ways are drip-watered and maintained by the homeowners association.
